Our Process Sets Us Apart
Superior Kitchen & Bath, Inc takes great pride in offering products custom-designed to your design requirements and style preferences. Our approach remains the same from start to finish, whether your project is a kitchen or bathroom remodeling project. Step 1: In-Home Consultation
The first meeting we'll schedule with you will take place in your home. This appointment will help us understand the scope of the project. We'll discuss your wants and needs for the project, so we can create a design that perfectly fits your lifestyle. During this in-home consultation, we'll also take measurements, pictures, and any other notes we need to begin with the design stage.
Step 2: In-Office Design Viewing
After our initial in-home meeting, our expert design team will draft the project outline. We create the project design using a 3D CAD program that enables us to show the design from multiple angles to help you fully visualize your new kitchen or bathroom.
Once we finish the design process, we'll invite you to our office, where we'll present you with your design and a comprehensive work description that details each phase of the project, including plumbing, electrical work, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and more. All our cabinets are made-to-order to give your room a distinctive and unique appearance.
Step 3: Deposit Payment and List of References
These in-home consultations and in-office design viewings are entirely FREE, so you have access to the design, work description, and price before you make your final decision. Once you decide to move forward with the project, we require a $1,000 deposit. We’re also delighted to provide a reference list of our previous and current customers upon request.
Step 4: Preconstruction Job Walk
After receiving the deposit, we’ll begin the planning process for your project. Our superintendent, project manager, draftsman, and other trades will meet at the job site to discuss the project details. Our project manager will also schedule an in-office appointment with you to review any additional choices you need to make regarding the design. If necessary, our interior designer will schedule an appointment with you to shop for countertops, tile, flooring, paint colors, and cabinets.
Step 5: Construction Schedule
The next thing we'll do is provide you with the start and end dates for the project. We will write this into the contract and provide you with a tentative timeline for the project's development. Our project manager and project superintendent will stay in touch with you throughout the project to address any questions or concerns.
Before we consider the project to be complete, our project manager will review it with you to create a punch list. Once we address the punch list issues, the superintendent will meet with you to check that everything has been completed before the remaining project balance is due.
