Tom and Renee Martin have owned and operated Superior Kitchen & Bath since 2002. Their unwavering commitment to quality and customer service has given SKB a reputation throughout San Diego that lives up to its name. Tom and Renee have been fortunate enough to surround themselves with a group of talented professionals that share in their dedication to providing a completely unique and enjoyable remodeling experience for all our customers.
Thomas Martin - Owner/CEO
Tom was born and raised in San Diego. He has been involved in kitchen design and remodeling for over 20 years. Not only a designer, Tom is a licensed contractor with the ability to not only design kitchens, but the entire interior of a home. He has found his passion in creating beautiful yet functional kitchen and bath designs. Customer Service is a key element in this business and Tom is gifted in working with clients and determining their needs as well as producing the desired effects. Tom has designed hundreds of beautiful custom kitchens throughout San Diego and would love the opportunity to design one specifically for you.
Renee Martin - Owner/CFO
Renee was born and raised in a small Texas town. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Business and a concentration in Marketing and Advertising. Renee moved to San Diego with Tom in 1987. She worked for multiple advertising companies prior to becoming a stay at home mom during her children's younger years. Renee works as the office manager and oversees the daily workings of SKB along with the daily lives of their three teen-aged children.
Jeremy Donovan - Director of Sales & Marketing
Jeremy was born in Hawaii but has lived in San Diego most of his life. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from SDSU with a degree in Marketing. Before landing with SKB in 2005, Jeremy worked as an Assistant Marketing Director at Seaver Marketing Group and as Marketing Coordinator for the Xerox Corporation. For the past five years, Jeremy has used his marketing knowledge to help brand SKB as an elite remodeling company in San Diego. Having worked on both the sales and production side of the company, Jeremy has become a valuable team member who can lead a customer through every step of the remodeling process.
Eric Richards - Project Superintendent
Eric is originally from Fullerton but has lived and worked in San Diego for the past 6 years. After graduating from Oklahoma State with a degree in architecture, he worked as a CAD electrical operator during the building of Disney's California Adventure. Although Eric has experience in all areas of construction, he believes electrical, framing, plumbing and finished carpentry are his specialties. Eric has built multiple room additions and has served as project superintendent at SKB since 2004. Whether the job is large or small, you are in good hands with Eric on the job.
Rhi Haymes - Project Manager
Rhi is born and raised in San Diego. Before joining the SKB family, Rhi had spent the past 12 years working in production for two major design centers. During this time Rhi gained valuable experience in all areas of the industry including sales, management, granite layout, tile design and purchasing. Rhi is the main point of contact for all of our customers during the project and does a great job keeping the job on schedule, on budget and running smooth.
